After adding iCloud for Windows on my prior Windows PC, sighing into my iCloud account the options included mail, calendar and contracts. That option is not there when I install iCloud for Windows on my Windows 11 laptop. Instead, there is a statement at the top of the iCloud for Windows that says that you access these at iCloud.com. Therefore, I cannot sync my iphone calendar and contacts with Outlook I cannot find anything online that solves this problem. Surely this is possible since there are so many of us that want to sync Outlook with our iPhone.

I had the same problem, with no way to show iCloud contacts, and no solutions proposed online worked. I finally fixed the problem today. First, I uninstalled iCloud, I uninstalled Mail, and I uninstalled another program Outlook (New). I had a suspicion that having two Outlooks in the system and/or Mail, might be screwing up iCloud. After deleting everything, the remaining Outlook would not open. So I went into the Uninstall settings and highlighted Microsoft Office (2021), which I had recently installed. I then instructed it to "Repair" the program using Quick Repair. After that finished, I was able to open Outlook as normal. I closed Outlook, then searched for Download iCloud For Windows on Google, opened the Apple page, which redirected me to the Microsoft store, where I downloaded iCloud. After that finished downloading, I did not open iCloud. I restarted the pc. After the pc restarted, I opened iCloud, which asked me to sign in. After signing in, it lead me through five choices, such as do I want to sync photos, etc, etc. The last page asked to sync Contacts and Calendars. I checked that box. I then opened Outlook and, VOILA, my iCloud contacts were there. Working with a pc shouldn't be this difficult.
