I am not able to access the azure portal

I am not able to acccess the azure portal.
I tried several times but still not able to login.
I am getting the error"not added to tenant"

My ID is ni384542@Kirshan .com.
I checked I still have 100 credits left as per the mail received.
But i am not able to access the portal and redeem it.
Please help me.

    Hello @Niharika Modi , you need to add the user as a guest to the desired tenant. Or, ensure you're targeting the right tenant. Use the following URL for direct access to it:

    https://portal.azure.com/#@<TENANT DOMAIN NAME>

    E.g.
    https://portal.azure.com/#@microsoft.com
