Spam content after filter

Spam was detected and content correctly changed to "This content has been deleted.". However, the title also needs to be changed as it still shows the unwanted spam details such as phone number etc.

Want to trigger a power automate flow to two different domains

We have a flow which is triggering automated mail to different mail domains. One of the domain is external to the sender address so that domain is getting EXTERNAL tag to mail being received. Any workaround via which we can remove the external tag.
