With the Copilot lead summary integrated with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, sellers can supercharge their lead nurturing efforts. Rather than a basic lead profile, sellers have access to a wealth of information, allowing them to engage in personalized, data-driven conversations with their leads. By integrating Customer Insights, Dynamics 365 Sales empowers sellers to convert leads into valuable opportunities. With this new feature, sellers can gain an edge in the competitive sales landscape, using data to better understand their leads and form deeper connections with their customers.

With this enhancement, Copilot in Dynamics 365 Sales can:

  • Leverage profile information from Dynamics 365 Customer Insights to enhance lead data.
  • Discover missing information such as phone numbers, email addresses, interests, demographics, and brand associations, enabling more personalized and effective engagement.
