lazy
Qualifier for a property that is only populated when the object is retrieved through a call to the IWbemServices::GetObject method. These properties are usually large or embedded objects, but sometimes are properties that are not directly represented in the SQL Server table. Note: Lazy properties are omitted from the resulting class instance for an enumeration or a query.
logical operator
In a query, a connector between two expressions, two subclauses, or a combination of an expression and a subclause. There are three logical operators: AND, OR, and NOT.
