After completing this module, you will be able to:
- Create and manage SharePoint sites, including site permissions (owners, members, and visitors; permission levels; and site sharing).
- Configure SharePoint and OneDrive external sharing settings that set the governance ceiling for what Microsoft 365 Copilot can surface.
- Identify overshared or high-risk SharePoint content using data access governance reports.
- Apply Restricted Content Discovery, Restricted Access Control, and Restricted SharePoint Search to control what Microsoft 365 Copilot can discover.
- Select the appropriate content-governance control based on a given oversharing or discoverability requirement.
