Tlbimp.exe (類型庫匯入工具) 將此屬性套用至方法。
匯入類型連結庫且絕對不應該變更時，就會套用這個屬性。 只有在方法 FUNCFLAGS 的 評估為非零時，才會套用它。 屬性的設計目的是要供需要知道原始 FUNCFLAGS 設定方式的工具使用。 Common Language Runtime 不會使用這個屬性。
