Magic Keyboard for the 5th generation iPad Air does not work with the RD Client software in iPad OS 18.0 environment.

Why does HDInsight quota show 0 available cores?
When I view my quotas, I am not using any vCores, and it says I have 36 cores available. But when I try to set up a HDInsight Spark Cluster in the West Europe region it says I have 0 available. I have a pay-as-you basic subscription.
