Surface Slim Pen 2 vibrates but LED won't turn on.
Exactly what the title says, I've tried resetting it according to the Microsoft website, when I tried to disconnect and reconnect it wouldn't even let me reconnect. I thought it would still works because it vibrates, but do I just need to buy a new one?

No matter what I do, my Surface Pro 2 will not boot from USB!
I recently got a Surface Pro 2 used, the operating system is corrupted so I decided to take it anyway to install Windows on my own. I have already disabled secure boot and TPM in BIOS, and yes, I have tried power + volume down. I am completely stumped.
