Here's how I fixed mine http://www.petenetlive.com/KB/Article/0000304.htm
CAPI2 errors
I've been getting these errors since Power-up this morning. I've made no changes since yesterday. I've tried system restore, Image restore, sfc /scannow, removed Ready-Boost USB flash drive and can't find anything wrong. I get one error at PUP, and another error when I check Mail with Live-beta, another error for every message from Forums, and another error every time I enter Forums.

2010-07-12T12:19:18+00:00 After installing a cloned drive to replace my RAID0 drives the errors started again. I found the proper solution in another thread. I entered my Services utility and found the
'Windows Media Player Network Sharing Utility'. I stopped the service and set the properties to 'Manual'. The errors stopped.
***UPDATE***
After a reboot the WMP Network Sharing Utility reverted to 'Automatic (delayed start)' and the errors started again. I had to change the Properties to 'Disabled' and manually stop the service. I have restarted several times, the settings hold, and I NOW have no more errors.

2010-07-11T20:14:38+00:00 For some reason the errors stopped at 3:53:17. I suppose I should just be grateful. It seems I've had this problem before:

2010-07-13T20:57:38+00:00 In the morning on first boot the errors occurred again, but only first thing in the morning. I referred to the following article and changed the permissions of my temporary file and re-installed the cert.
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc734018(WS.10).aspx
The error was caused by a certificate downloaded as part of the RealTek software package R249.

2010-07-11T19:50:22+00:00 I found the way to import the certificate that was downloaded and still have the same errors. Except for setting a ton of errors in my Event Viewer these errors just seem to be a nuisance. What concerns me is that I will be trying a new Seagate Momentus XT drive tomorrow and I need to try and resolve this. I have a mirror image created on a separate drive but don't want to install it if I'm going to have the same results.
