CAPI2 errors
I've been getting these errors since Power-up this morning. I've made no changes since yesterday. I've tried system restore, Image restore, sfc /scannow, removed Ready-Boost USB flash drive and can't find anything wrong. I get one error at PUP, and another error when I check Mail with Live-beta, another error for every message from Forums, and another error every time I enter Forums.

2010-07-30T21:36:21+00:00 Now I understand why many people just never look in event viewer. lol Guess it's no big deal or else there would be an Action Center alert, right? So I will just ignore until MS fixes it via WindowsUpdate or something. (And I use Firefox anyway.) heh

2010-07-21T20:24:50+00:00 The other thread is the reason I looked. I'm not the one that disabled it unless it happened accidentally while I was trying to manually import the certificate. It makes me start to wonder if Microsoft has the ability to disable these things through an update. I don't know what the original settings were, making it difficult to return things to all factory default settings. I may just leave it alone until I get a SSD and have to do a re-install anyway.

2010-07-21T20:00:07+00:00 Exact same situation here, as you can see on the other thread .
This problem is really annoying, and also is a vulnerability in itself, since the trusted root list is not updated.
