I have a charge of $108.24 on Microsoft Ms bill 365. Last year was $75. Why did it go up so much and how can I get it back down. I need to know. I would love to speak to somebody about this. This is very difficult to connect and discuss a situation.

How can i add an image into word when the bar to allow me to switch and do it doesn’t appear ? - ipad 10 word app

I know i CAN use my ipad 10 with the word app, to take pictures in the app and add those directly to my document. But i am having the issue, that i cannot switch the bottom bar to SEE the ‘take/insert picture’ icon / option. Hence i cant do anything……
