Max Limit 50 people for external e-mail

I am trying to share a file with 100 people, but when I add the e-mail addresses, it says that the maximum number I can share with people is 50. Is this a Microsoft problem, or can I ask my admin to fix this?

I want that from a range of values, chooses the first negative, and from that value I want it to give me the name of that row
