I chacked several times and I clicked on my prefferred billing address, I checked that I want to use the address that is in my personal MS account for shipping and billing, but even so - I still see this system message no matter which card I use.

The message indicates that the purchase flow still does not see a valid billing address for the payment method, even though an address exists in the Microsoft account profile. This is typically a billing/payment configuration issue rather than a problem with the subscription itself.

Because the purchase cannot complete and the address appears to be correctly set, this scenario requires direct review of the account and payment details by Microsoft Support or Billing, which cannot be done through community tools.

    To move forward:

    1. Verify that the subscription is being purchased under the correct Microsoft account by checking the Services & subscriptions page: https://account.microsoft.com/services.
    2. If the subscription is past due or blocked because of payment issues, follow the guidance under Pay for a past-due Microsoft subscription and, if still unable to purchase, use the Troubleshoot problems when paying for something from Microsoft Store link from that article.
    3. If the error persists, contact Microsoft Support/Billing so they can inspect the billing profile and payment options on the account and correct any backend issue preventing the billing address from being recognized.
