Request for Manual Review and Resolution Regarding Unavailable Microsoft Rewards Redemption Options

Dear Microsoft Rewards Support Team,

Thank you for your response.

I would like to respectfully reiterate that my concern is not related merely to temporary stock fluctuations, but to the overall absence of meaningful redemption options despite the substantial time and participation invested in the Microsoft Rewards program.

I accumulated more than 8000 reward points in good faith at a time when options such as Amazon and PVR vouchers were regularly available. At present, there are effectively no comparable redemption choices accessible to me, which significantly diminishes the practical value of the points earned.

I understand that reward inventories may change periodically. However, when users continue engaging with the program based on previously available rewards, a prolonged or indefinite withdrawal of those options without equivalent substitutes creates a legitimate concern regarding fairness, transparency, and consumer expectations.

Further, your recent response referenced potential account restrictions and compliance concerns. I would appreciate clarification on whether my account is currently under any limitation, as I have participated manually and in accordance with the Microsoft Services Agreement. If any restriction exists, I kindly request a manual review of my account.

In the interest of fair resolution, I respectfully request that Microsoft consider one of the following:

Restoring or restocking equivalent gift card options such as Amazon or PVR vouchers,

Providing alternative rewards of comparable value and usability, or

Offering suitable compensation or accommodation for users affected by the prolonged unavailability of redemption options.

I value the Microsoft Rewards program and hope this matter can be resolved constructively. I would appreciate a specific response addressing the availability of future redemptions and the status of my account rather than a general policy reply.

I look forward to your response.

Sincerely,

    Hi raj

Thank you for sharing your concerns in detail. I can understand why this situation may be frustrating, especially if those redemption options were previously available to you.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, community contributors, and external Microsoft employees who participate here cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features, reward inventories, account reviews, or back-end systems. My role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas based on the information available publicly.

Because of this, I'm unable to check whether your Microsoft Rewards account is currently under any limitation or restriction or manually review your account, restore or restock specific gift card options such as Amazon or PVR vouchers, provide alternative rewards, or offer compensation for unavailable redemption options.

For concerns involving account status, redemption eligibility, unavailable rewards, or a manual review request, the appropriate team to contact is Microsoft Rewards Support. You can contact Microsoft Rewards Support through the official support form here: https://rewards.bing.com/support

Please submit the request through the official Rewards Support form, as they are the appropriate team to handle this type of concern.

I wish you success in getting this reviewed and hope you have a better experience with Microsoft Rewards. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Microsoft Rewards inventory, availability of specific gift cards (such as Amazon or PVR), and any account-specific restrictions can only be reviewed and acted on by the Microsoft Rewards Support team.

    Community forums and documentation cannot:

    • Restore or restock specific reward types
    • Offer alternative rewards or compensation
    • Check whether an individual account is restricted or under compliance review

For this scenario, the appropriate and only escalation path is:

    1. Go to the Microsoft Rewards Support page: https://rewards.bing.com/support
    2. Sign in with the Microsoft account used for Rewards.
    3. Use the “Contact Microsoft Rewards Support” option.
    4. Clearly describe:
      • That previously available options (such as Amazon/PVR vouchers) are no longer visible in the catalog for the account/region.
      • That more than 8000 points were accumulated when those options were regularly available.
      • That a prior response mentioned possible restrictions/compliance checks, and a confirmation is requested on whether the account is restricted.
      • That a manual review is requested and that equivalent rewards, alternative rewards of comparable value, or another accommodation be considered.

If the contact form is disabled or greyed out for the account, this typically indicates that the account is under a permanent restriction and further appeals cannot be submitted.

For issues where a specific reward (for example, a digital gift card) turns out to be invalid or unusable, Microsoft Rewards Support may, after investigation, refund the points so they can be used on another reward, as shown in similar resolved cases.
