We are deploying Office 365 at our firm, and one of the issues we are dealing with is that when we print a multi page email, starting from second page there is huge space at the top of page, first page prints fine. We have the exact same setting for Outlook 2010 and it prints fine. Has anyone seen this problem?

    Hi all,

    According to my research, this issue has been resolved on Outlook 365 version 2101 (build 13628.20274)--Current channel, so it is recommended that you switch to the current channel and update the Outlook version for your normal use.

    Let's look forward to the future updates released in the monthly channel, I will continue to monitor them, and if there are any updates, I would post back. Also welcome other users who has any updates post here :)

    Hi all,
    Sorry for delay.
    Considering there are many users who are facing with this issue, I have tried to change my version of Outlook client for testing.
    I'm still researching for it and if I have any update, I would post back here.

    Hi @Yousuf Ali ,
    Did this issue occurred on all multi page email or just a specific message?
    Could you see the huge space in print-preview before you print it? And did the printed messages lose anything other than space?

    If you could also see the huge space when you preview it, the issue may be related to your message, and it's suggested to change the format of messages or your printing options to check if the issue has any difference.

    If that's invalid or the issue actually occurred on all messages, as I know, the corrupted outlook print file may also cause the message couldn't be printed normally, please try to rename your Outlprnt file(C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook) to reset your print setting in Outlook to check if the issue still exists.

    @Jade Liang-MSFT
    I have the same issue. Please advise how to resolve this problem. I also followed your advice earlier to rename the "Outlprnt file", but nothing happened.
