We are deploying Office 365 at our firm, and one of the issues we are dealing with is that when we print a multi page email, starting from second page there is huge space at the top of page, first page prints fine. We have the exact same setting for Outlook 2010 and it prints fine. Has anyone seen this problem?

    Hi all,

According to my research, this issue has been resolved on Outlook 365 version 2101 (build 13628.20274)--Current channel, so it is recommended that you switch to the current channel and update the Outlook version for your normal use.

Let's look forward to the future updates released in the monthly channel, I will continue to monitor them, and if there are any updates, I would post back. Also welcome other users who has any updates post here :)

    Hello @Jade Liang-MSFT ,

exactly the same problem here on Outlook desktop client on Windows 10:
email header being left blank on all printed pages after the first one.

    Outlook version is 2011 (build 13426.20526 Click-to-run)

    Thank you

We are facing exactly the same problem.

After upgrading to the version 2011 (Build 13426.20526), the print margins are also not functioning properly.

This is pretty annoying considering the fact that many people have to print their emails meaning that they now, with the current situation, have to copy the text to word, "correvt it" and then print it.

This is a waste of time and resources.

Microsoft should find a fix ASAP!
