I've been having issues with bluetooth and when I check device manager I notice something called "Generic Bluetooth Adapter". I dont know what it is and it also has the Error Code 31
"This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

{Operation Failed}

The requested operation was unsuccessful. "
I'm guessing this is causing my problems with bluetooth. How do I fix this?

    When you type mmsys.cpl in the search and hit enter. what's all listed. If you don't mind, share a screenshot on the playback tab, and another on the recording tab.

    I don't see your bluetooth headphones listed at all??

    Are you also using an audio interface (Scarlett)?

    Is the game controller currently connected to? I see that your headphones are being detected as Stereo - which i good, meaning it is running on the high quality bandwidth. I am interested in seeing if it switches to Hands Free when the game controller is connected. If it switches to Hands Free and you cannot get it back on Stereo, then it is definitely a bandwidth issue.

    If the issue continues, I honestly believe it is interference from other devices/signal. You would have to try different things to narrow that down, such as disconnect everything from the interface, move it away from other bluetooth devices nearby, etc.
