my pc has the "blue screen" problem, I ran the "windows memory diagnostics" and it told that I have a memory problem that could delete some information, etc.., I want to fix this problem.

It is best to do that in the evening when you are finished with your PC for the day, it takes maybe 2 hours to complete . . .
