These are some major issues with new outlook microsoft needs to fix soon before even trying to force users to use new outlook or this will be a nightmare.
Shared calendars not visible when switching to new Outlook
I am an IT Support Consultant and have a customer who isn't seeing all of her shared calendars when switching over to the new Outlook. Has anyone else had this issue? Here is a screenshot that shows the differences between current and new Outlook. You can see that there are calendars missing from new Outlook:

2025-03-18T22:34:15+00:00 I too have this problem. I have a Surface Pro 9 that I am just now starting to use. I was able to get MS support a couple of days ago, with the support person was able to view my screen with a code, and got my emails working and, I was able to export/import all my contacts, but I am not able to get my Calendars (Google, iphone) to work in Outlook (new) to show up. I am desperate because my support is about to expire. And, I've tried calling the support phone numbers but can't get past the auto attendent. Morris Garcia

2025-03-18T23:21:01+00:00 I hope the pictures help... I am doing this from within Outlook.
Open your calendar by clicking the calendar icon on the left edge of the window.
There is a carrot in the upper left edge of the calendar. Click it to expand. Pin it open if you wish.
Scroll down and put checkmarks in front of the other and/or shared calendars that you wish to see.
I have had to reselect those calendars from time to time as Windows or Office is updated. A bit annoying. I hope this helps.

2025-03-24T07:23:14+00:00 Everyone is struggling with this update. We can only await MSFT's update to the app or raise enough noise online to have it fixed within a week. Real pain in the hind this one.
