I have the exact same issue and went through all the steps mentioned above. I was able to log in through office.microsoft365.com/mail/ as a work around. Hope it is fixed soon.

A couple of days ago, I noticed that my emails stopped synching in my outlook mobile app. I tried to log out/in and was greeted with the following message:
"Server Error A server error occurred. Please try again. [2605]"
I get this error with every outlook account, on wifi and mobile data, and in web browsers as well. I have another phone and tablet which the app is working perfectly fine.
I have tried essentially every solution that's posted when you search for this error:

I have same problem for months.
I am also having this problem. After resetting the password. It not allowing me to login teams/outlook on my phone. For workaround Iam using Browser for outlook but for teams no solution as of now.

Cannot reset the Authenticator as i have many other accounts that i use daily for OTP's and authentications.
We need another solution for this.
Till yesterday Messages weren't sent when on WIFI, today onwards Messages are not sent or received on both WIFI and 5G (Airtel) . So i deleted the data and cache of Teams and now not able to sign in at all with error "Server Error, Please try again [2605]."
I have tried everything else on my phone like resetting the network settings (Mobile data and Wifi) - firewall on the device has Teams in bypass also.
