PowerPoint now supports selecting multiple object on a slide!

You have to press and hold an object with one finger and then tap other objects with another finger.

    Problem solved!!!!

    Cheers

Selecting multiple objects is currently not supported in PowerPoint for iPad.

If a set of items is already grouped (using a different client like PowerPoint for Windows/Mac), you can move those objects as a group on the iPad.

Thanks for the feedback, and let us know if there is anything else you would like to see improved!

It is not practical to create presentations on IOS without multi-object select. I use it for almost every pictorial slide to move multiple objects around, or select multiple then copy. Have a look at IOS Keynote...

This is a critical feature since it hinders even the review of slides created with other clients. Making adjustments to slides with an array of objects is just too time consuming when you have to go through and try to adjust each object individually. Please make this a priority for the next release.

Hi. Just want to add my name to those who think this would be a very valuable edition.  I'm using PowerPoint on my iPad a lot now, and this is one thing that is a limitation.  I'd add to the list also the ability to select multiple slides and either move them, or cut/paste into another presentation.  If I have four slides in one deck I need in another I have to select, copy, close, open, edit, paste, close, open.. and repated three more times.. Thanks. By the way, this ability aside, I LOVE PowerPoint on my iOS!!
