Function Arguments Display Distorted

Question

Can any one explain why this display distortion happens when entering multiple arguments ?

This is an If / Or formula and this distortion happens after the third value ...

This issue is not resolvable on our end. This is a bug in Excel.

Are there workarounds? Yes.

But it is, plain and simple, a bug in Excel and should be placed in the queue.

And it's reproducible in 2013.

Zorvek’s assistance was valuable but the issue is not resolved because it is in the Excel code.

If I mark this post as answer would help others to resolve their issue ?

In any case, since it is a code problem what are the next steps ?

If and when correction occurs in a future update, am I going to be informed and how ?

I'm able to reproduce the exact issue. I'm on a laptop without any connection to any network. This issue is in the Excel code that renders the dialog and is triggered when the user inputs occur as described above.
