Function Arguments Display Distorted

Can any one explain why this display distortion happens when entering multiple arguments ?

This is an If / Or formula and this distortion happens after the third value ...

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. New workbook.
    2. Press "="
    3. Select "IF" from the Name Box drop down (use the "More Functions..." selection if necessary).
    4. Select "OR" from the Name Box drop down (use the "More Functions..." selection if necessary).
    5. In the "Function Arguments" dialog box, click in "Logical2".
    6. In the "Function Arguments" dialog box, click in "Logical3".

    Reproducible in 2007, 2010, and 2013.

    Not reproducible in 2003 or earlier.
