CoPilot Android E010028 Error

Question

I have CoPilot and Office365 E3, and Im trying to sign into my work account on Android, and i get the error:

Let's try that again

Sorry about that. There may be a problem with your work or school account. Sign in with a different account.

Code:E010028

And then i can go and sign out and back in , but every time I sign in, i get the same error.

My personal Office account works fine but i want to use it for work.

Hello Every one

i got reply from Microsoft Support team that. Microsoft Co-Pilot with Work or School account will only work if intune setup is done in Mobile Device. find detail reply from support team as below.

• Work/school accounts must be managed via Intune to use the Copilot mobile app.
• Microsoft is aware of the issue and currently there is no ETA.
• The workaround is to use a personal account or an account that is managed via Intune.

Same problem here with iPhone...

Just had a Copilot for Office 365 upgrade, and suddenly my Copilot App, didn't work with school/work account anymore... Only private... Has the same error E010028

Can you follow up on this it getting more and more people with the same issue like me.
