CoPilot Android E010028 Error

Question

I have CoPilot and Office365 E3, and Im trying to sign into my work account on Android, and i get the error:

Sorry about that. There may be a problem with your work or school account. Sign in with a different account.

Code:E010028

And then i can go and sign out and back in , but every time I sign in, i get the same error.

My personal Office account works fine but i want to use it for work.

I have the same issue.

And for once in my life I would like to see Microsoft actual get off the backside on fix a problem. But Microsoft is happy to waste the customer's time. I'm 63 and I'm speaking from experience and I won't stand for it. All I've ever seen from Microsoft is recommendations for the customer to check everything possible unrelated thing they can (reinstall Windows). Meanwhile Microsoft could actually learn not to release such poorly tested products. Microsoft does not adequately test their products.
