Certificate not generated

Hello Team,

As i have completed Microsoft365 (MS-102) Exam on 7th March'26 till now certificate not generated, Kindly look into this and do the needful.

Congrats on passing to your exam! This is Tin, I'm happy to assist you.

Please be informed that it will not give you a standalone certificate, you will be needing to finish at least one other associate-level certification. You may choose here:

1. Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD‑102)
2. Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (MS‑700)
3. Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC‑300)
4. Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
5. Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate (SC‑400)

Once you're done with one of these associate cert, you'll see the Administrator Expert cert on your Learn Profile within 24-48 hours.

Certification and exam issues, including missing certificates for MS-102, are handled by the Microsoft Credentials Support team, not through the product forums.

Take these steps:

1. Verify the exam result is posted
   • Sign in to your Microsoft Learn profile.
   • Go to Credentials → Certifications and check whether the MS-102 exam result and related certification appear. Note that for most exams it can take up to 24 hours for results to appear in the Certifications tab.
2. If the certification or certificate is still missing
   • Open the Microsoft Credentials Support portal using this link: https://aka.ms/credentialssupport.
   • Sign in with the same Microsoft account used to register and take the MS-102 exam.
   • Click Continue and complete the required profile details, then save.
   • Open https://aka.ms/credentialssupport again; it should auto-select Product Family: Learning and Service: Microsoft Credentials.
   • Fill in the support request form with your exam details (exam MS-102, date taken, etc.) and submit the ticket.

The Microsoft Credentials Support team can check your exam record, link it to the correct Learn profile if needed, and enable access to your certification and downloadable certificate.

If the exam was delivered by Pearson VUE and there is any doubt about delivery status, Pearson VUE Support can also confirm the exam delivery, but only Microsoft Credentials Support can correct missing certificates in the Learn profile.
