In my certifications page I only see 2 out of the 3 I currently have. Specifically the AI 900 certificate.
I have the physical printed certificated but I wanted the PDF as well.

Use the following steps to resolve a missing AI-900 certification on the Certifications page:

    1. Confirm the certification was actually earned
      • Review the AI-900 certification and exam requirements to ensure the exam was passed and that AI-900 is a standalone certification that should appear on the profile. See the exam and certification details via the links under How to earn the certification in the AI-900 study guide.
    2. Verify the correct Microsoft Learn account is being used
      • Sign out of Microsoft Learn and sign back in.
      • If there are multiple accounts (personal Microsoft account, work/school account, or older accounts), sign in with each one and check the Credentials → Certifications area to see where AI-900 appears.
      • If the exam confirmation or congratulations email for AI-900 was received, check which contact email/profile it references and sign in with that account.
    3. Check for common causes of missing certifications
      • Exams taken through Certiport do not currently appear in the Microsoft Learn profile. Those credentials must be managed separately through the Certiport account.
      • Some legacy certifications no longer appear in Learn profiles; however, AI-900 is current (though scheduled for retirement in 2026), so it should still display if earned under the same profile.
    4. Use the Certification Dashboard
      • Open the Certification Dashboard and verify whether AI-900 appears there under exams, certifications, or transcript.
      • If it appears in the dashboard but not on the main Certifications page, capture that information for support.
    5. Contact Microsoft Credentials Support
      • If AI-900 still does not appear after checking all possible accounts and the Certification Dashboard, open a case with Microsoft Credentials Support.
      • Use the dedicated credentials support link and provide details such as exam name (AI-900), date taken, and the account being used. Support can investigate profile linkage issues and add the missing certification to the transcript and Certifications page.

If Pearson VUE has already confirmed the exam was delivered successfully, include that confirmation when contacting Microsoft Credentials Support.
