Exams are not certifications. The AZ-305 exam is only part of the requirements for the Azure Solution Architect Expert certification. You must also hold an active Azure Administrator Associate certification.

I think it’s basically signing out of Microsoft Learn once, clearing the msonline auth cookie, then signing back in with the same mail u used when booking AZ‑305. And if it still doesn’t show after the usual sync window, Microsoft’s Credentials Support can look at the Pearson→Learn link on their side.

Use the following steps to troubleshoot a missing AZ-305 certification in the Microsoft account:

    1. Confirm the certification requirements
    2. Check the correct Microsoft Learn profile
      • Sign in to Microsoft Learn and make sure the correct account is being used (work, school, or personal) – especially if multiple accounts exist.
      • If a different account was used when registering for the exam, the certification will appear under that profile.
      • Try logging into Learn with any other Microsoft accounts that may have been used during exam registration.
    3. Verify the certification view and printing options
      • Go to the Certifications area: Profile → Credentials → Certifications or directly via the Certifications tab as described here: https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab.
      • Select the certification and use View Certification Details → Print to save as PDF if it is visible. Certificates are no longer downloaded from Credly; they are viewed/printed from Microsoft Learn.
    4. Check for missing credentials conditions
      • If the certification is still not visible:
        • Confirm that the credential has actually been earned by passing the required exam(s) and that the exam is not a retired or legacy path.
        • Note that some older or legacy certifications no longer appear in the Learn profile, but AZ-305 is a current role-based exam.
    5. If the certification is still missing, contact support
      • If the exam was passed and the correct Learn account is confirmed but the certification does not appear, open a support request with Microsoft Credentials Support:
        • Use the guidance in # Missing Exams or Certifications to:
          • Review credential requirements.
          • Confirm the correct login account.
          • Then select the Contact Support option to submit a ticket.
      • Alternatively, follow the Q&A guidance to create a support request through Services Hub if needed for exam/credential issues.

Do not share personal contact details (phone or email) in public forums when opening support requests; use the secure support channels instead.
