1. Verify the certification in Microsoft Learn
   • Sign in to the Microsoft Learn profile that was used to register for DP-700.
   • Go to the Credentials area and check the Certifications and Achievements sections to see whether the Fabric Data Engineer Associate certification or DP-700-related badge appears.
   • If the certification is visible but the certificate download option is missing, note that certificates are now accessed from the Certification Dashboard and are viewed/printed/saved as PDF rather than downloaded directly.
2. Check the Certification Dashboard
   • Go to the Certification Dashboard (see “Access your Certification Dashboard”).
   • In the Certificates section, select View Certificates and verify whether the certificate for the Fabric Data Engineer Associate certification is listed.
   • If present, select it and use the print option to save it as a PDF.
3. If the certification or badge is still missing
   • If the DP-700 exam shows as passed (for example, in the exam provider’s confirmation) but the certification or badge does not appear in the Certification Dashboard or Learn profile, open a support ticket with Microsoft Credentials Support:
     • Go to https://aka.ms/credentialssupport.
     • Sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the DP-700 exam.
     • Complete the required profile information and save.
     • Open the same link again; it will preselect Product Family: Learning and Service: Microsoft Credentials.
     • Submit a support request describing that Exam DP-700 was passed on 22 May 2026 but the certification and badge have not appeared.
   • If exams or certifications are spread across different Learn profiles/accounts, follow the guidance to link and merge Learn profiles so all exam history and certifications are consolidated.
4. If the issue persists beyond normal processing time
   • For long delays (weeks or months) or if the certification still does not appear after support steps, continue working with Microsoft Credentials Support, as only that team can correct account-specific certification and badge issues.
