MS-102 is an exam, not a standalone certification. It is one of the requirements for the Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert certification. To get the certification and resolve issues, follow these steps:

1. Verify certification requirements
   • Review the Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert certification page to confirm all requirements, including holding one of the prerequisite active associate certifications in addition to passing MS-102.
   • If only the MS-102 exam has been passed, the certification will not be issued until all prerequisites are met.
2. Check the Learn profile for missing exams/certifications
   • Sign in to the correct Microsoft Learn profile and open the Certifications tab.
   • If the expected exam or certification is missing:
     • Confirm the credential requirements using the certification or exam details pages listed in the browse certifications.
     • Make sure the correct account is being used (check for multiple Learn profiles or different login accounts used when registering for the exam).
     • If the exam was taken through Certiport, note that those credentials do not currently appear in the Learn profile and must be managed via the Certiport account.
3. Contact Microsoft Credentials/Certification Support
   • For issues such as missing certifications, missing exam records, or questions about MS-102 counting toward Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert:
