This forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, using any Microsoft account you may have, try using the steps they provide on this link to find that second payment.

Then use the steps they provide on this link to cancel the second payment and get a refund.

If you are still unable to resolve the second payment problem, you will need to contact Microsoft Support directly, try using this method to contact their support.

    Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

    Select Microsoft 365

    Click 'Get Home Support'.

In the box provided, type billing.

Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click 'Sign in to Contact Support'.

Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my Subscription.

Select the 'Chat with support agent in web browser' option

Double charges for Microsoft 365 subscriptions are usually caused by either multiple subscriptions, multiple Microsoft accounts using the same card, or closely timed recurring payments.

    To investigate and resolve this:

    1. Check for duplicate orders
      1. Go to your order history at account.microsoft.com/billing and sign in.
      2. Select Payment & billing > Order history and refine by recent dates.
      3. Look for multiple charges for the same amount with status Completed or Redeemed.
    2. Use the billing charge investigator
      1. Go to the Manage your payments page of the Microsoft account dashboard.
      2. Select Investigate next to the payment method to see which account or subscription the charges belong to.
    3. Check for multiple accounts or family use
      • If only one charge appears in your order history but two appear on the bank statement, another Microsoft account (for example, a family member) may be using the same card.
      • On the Payment options page, use Investigate to search for other accounts using the card.
    4. Confirm it is not a late/close-together recurring payment
      • If a previous payment failed (for example, insufficient funds), Microsoft may retry it. The late payment and the next on-time payment can appear close together but still correspond to different billing periods.
      • Review the last few months of order history and bank statements to confirm whether there are truly two charges for the same period.
    5. If it is a true duplicate charge
      • If you see two charges for the same order, or you are sure you have been charged twice in error, contact Microsoft Billing Support so they can review and correct the billing on your account. Community forums and this channel cannot access or change billing.

    For contacting support (home subscription):

    • Go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus
    • Select Microsoft 365Get Home support.
    • Describe the issue (for example, “double charge for Microsoft 365 subscription”).
    • Select Contact Support, choose Billing and Payment updates, then Chat with a support agent in your web browser.

If the duplicate charge is for a separate, unwanted subscription, also cancel that subscription after identifying it, and then request a refund using the Microsoft subscription refund process referenced below.
