Missing SC-200 certification

Question

Hello, I recently passed my SC-200 exam at a Pearson VUE center. I have the physical paper score report confirming I passed, but the certification is missing from my Microsoft Learn profile. Could a support moderator please open a private message so I can securely share my Pearson VUE Candidate ID and a photo of my score report to have this manually added to my account? Thank you.

The Q&A moderators cannot manually add a certification to a Learn profile or handle account details via private message. Use the official missing-certifications process instead.

1. Confirm the certification requirements
   • Verify that passing SC-200 does indeed earn the "Microsoft Security Operations Analyst" certification by checking the exam/certification details under Browse Credentials | Microsoft Learn.
2. Check the correct Learn profile and sign-in account
   • Make sure the Microsoft Learn profile being checked is the one used to register and take the SC-200 exam.
   • If multiple Learn profiles or login accounts exist (personal vs. work/school), sign out and try signing in with any other accounts that might have been used when scheduling the exam.
   • The congratulations email for a passed certification is sent to the Contact Email in the Learn profile; if the certification link in that email does not show SC-200, it may be associated with a different profile.
3. Allow time for results to appear
   • For most exams, results appear in the Learn profile’s Certifications tab within 24 hours, but timing can vary. If it has been more than 24 hours and SC-200 still does not appear, proceed to support.
4. Use the official Credentials Support channel
   • If SC-200 is still missing after the checks above, follow the guidance in Missing Exams or Certifications and contact Microsoft Credentials Support.
   • Provide details such as Pearson VUE Candidate ID and exam information through the secure support form, not via Q&A posts.
5. Where to look in Learn once it’s resolved
   • After support resolves the issue, the certification should appear under Credentials → Certifications in the Learn profile: https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab
   • The transcript can be viewed at https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/transcript once the certification is correctly associated.
