Hi,

Sending mail from my own email server (a Cloud Server) to 365 hosted email accounts is suddenly refused this week. We followed all the steps 100 times (as described) but the e-mail is still refused with the message:

550 5.7.511 Access denied, banned sender[x.y.z.205]. To request removal from this list please forward this message to delist@messaging.microsoft.com. For more information please go to http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=526653. AS(XXXX) [XXXXXXXXXXXX068.eop-NAM04.prod.protection.outlook.com] (in reply to RCPT TO command))

And we also tried the following two alternative methods 100 times each according to other Microsoft online documentation.

  1. sender.office.com
  2. Use the Microsoft delist portal to remove from the blocked senders list.

The server is not listed on a blacklist (mxtoolbox check) and it is usual sending to Google hosted custom domains and other systems.

How can I delist my ip-address? And is it possible to see for what reason the ban is?

It's now day three with this problem and I want to know how to fix this. My clients are very unhappy.

Another Microsoft representative pointed me to post it to this community, I hopes it can be solved asap.

Canadian Linode's IPs (172.105.xxx.xxx) are also banned, but not in any list: SDNS and Office delist are empty.

    No traction since December.

Our emails can't be delivered to our customers that use it MS software. It is so strange to block whole hosting-provider with all of his users.

I too have IP address and many sites on Linode.com and Microsoft support answers to me - we are not block you address. No, it not - IP addresses of world-known provider blocked without any reason. All emails that we send to office365/exchage users don't received and we have 550 error. That users can send us emails and we can't answer. We can't even answer to emails of Microsoft Support that try to answer us about this problem.

How long real support with real men/women in it and without robots from SkyNet can ignore us? Just unlock our sites when we write to you, when we open support ticket! This is mad robot blocking. Alive man can't do such an error.

Please stop this madness immediately! We never do any spam-news and works directly with only our customers!

And worst thing here that we are your reseller near to 20 years! And we receive it in the tickets "script" answers without help few days already and some of us from 21 December. So bad new year present.
