For new devices where outlook was never setup, there should be no issue like redirecting directly to google.
Check your device logged email address
Go to window settings > Accounts >
Remove the email address from "Email and Accounts" and from "Access work or school" if you found any
Also check other options available
Which version of outlook application you are using?
