Install the ESB Management Portal and Associated Services

The Microsoft ESB Guidance Management Portal is a sample Web site that displays exceptions, alerts, and provides management facilities for Microsoft ESB Guidance applications, services, and components. The ESB Management Portal relies on two associated Windows services that provide alerting and publishing support for the portal. You must install these services after you install the portal, as described in the following topics:

The ESB Management Portal uses version 5.5 of the Dundas Chart controls for ASP.NET. You must install either Dundas Chart for ASP.NET Enterprise or Dundas Chart for ASP.NET Professional. Alternatively, you can download evaluation versions of these controls. For more details, see the Dundas Web site.
