- Configure Microsoft 365 Copilot in Teams meetings, including transcription requirements.
- Describe how mail routes through Exchange Online, including accepted domains and connectors at a conceptual level.
Prerequisites
- Experience with Microsoft 365 workloads and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Access to a Microsoft 365 E5 tenant for the shared-mailbox lab (Exchange Online Plan 2 is bundled in E5); Microsoft 365 E7 (Frontier Suite) is preferred where available.
