Modules in this learning path

Set up a Microsoft 365 tenant's foundational identity by adding and verifying a custom domain, customizing organization branding, and configuring organizational settings using least-privilege administrator roles.

Manage Microsoft 365 and AI-service licenses at scale using direct, group-based, and pay-as-you-go assignment, troubleshoot common assignment issues, and choose the right Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Agent 365 access model for different user populations.

Configure Microsoft 365 Backup, monitor service health and network connectivity—including Copilot's WebSocket requirements—and use usage reports and Adoption Score to keep a Microsoft 365 tenant resilient, current, and continuously improving.

Create and manage user and shared mailboxes with the right permissions, sizing, and licensing; understand how mail routes through Exchange Online; configure teams and channels; and enable Microsoft 365 Copilot in Teams meetings with the correct transcription settings.

Configure SharePoint sites, permissions, and sharing settings, and apply Restricted Content Discovery, Restricted Access Control, and Restricted SharePoint Search to control what Microsoft 365 Copilot can discover and use.
