How do i fix a "Don't lose your benefits" message being shown in error?
At the Microsoft website, my subscription is paid up into 2027 but when I go into MS Word I get a window that says "Don't lose your benefits. There is a billing issue . . . . " And then lets me click on a button "Update Payment"
