Since 07/01/26 Excel won't open / launch. I ran an update as the new subscription to MS OFFICE 365 was purchased June 11th, yet since Excel won't open, it recommends a safe mode and that doesn't work either. I have MacAfee and it found no viruses.

It's confirmed that I've subscribed to Apple, but there's no payment history in the actual Apple. Please cancel my Microsoft subscription.
