Apply Credit to Azure subscription

I have two subscriptions. 1 Azure 2 Visual Studio Professional (cost 2k) I have 70$ Azure credits in my VS subscription, and I want to apply them to my Azure subscription. I have searched all over and cannot figure out how to do this.
