app installation is hanging in waiting for download in intune

try to install app in intune(company portal) in win10, but it never start, always waiting for download, I have uninstall/install intune, but still get same, even the previous app is still in waiting for download status. How to solve this issue? thanks.

What happens if I set a Microsoft Intune remediation to run once and a bunch of the targeted devices are offline at the time the remediation is scheduled for? Will the remediation run once the next time those devices are online? Thanks!

SCCM, MECM, MCM, whatever it is, Win11 upgrade paths

Historically we have used Feature Updates in SCCM. However the Windows 11, version 23H2 x64 2024-##(A/B) updates keep expiring when new ones come out every moth and we have to re-deploy. Any suggestions on how we can avoid re-deploying every month?
