Very slow when writing lots of files to Blob Storage

I was trying to undelete a storage container that was deleted which has retention policy enabled from Microsoft Azure Storage Explorer tool, but I could not find any option or menu to undelete. But i was able to undelete the container from Azure portal.

Azure Blob Storage trigger Function not firing when upload a file about 2GB but run with 1GB
I have an Azure function that runs with a blob trigger. When I upload a file of about 1 GB it's ok and runs. But when I upload a file of about 2GB the trigger doesn't fire. Is there any limitation or configuration?

Recover deleted files from azure
In azure storage explore I accidently started to delete a folder within a file share. I cancelled but lost alot of file (over 50,000). The file share was set to soft delete and I don't have a backup restore point. Can I recover the files and if so how?
