Azure Subscription
I've updated the region of my billing account in 365, and it was accepted. However, when I try to use Azure, it still displays my previous country's region. It's grayed out and I can't change it. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Azure has billed me though i have never used it
I received the email of payment due, I suspect my account was hacked, I've changed my passwords and enabled 2FA since then. When i click to view the invoice it takes me to azure and an invoice of USD. 2226.96 is pending. How to resolve.
