Did not work for me. It says "Calendar already exist"
Shared calendars not visible when switching to new Outlook
I am an IT Support Consultant and have a customer who isn't seeing all of her shared calendars when switching over to the new Outlook. Has anyone else had this issue? Here is a screenshot that shows the differences between current and new Outlook. You can see that there are calendars missing from new Outlook:

2023-11-04T09:08:39+00:00 Hello Eric,
Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.
I understand that your customer is experiencing an issue with shared calendars not being visible when switching to the new Outlook. May I please know whether you have tried to add these calendars in the New outlook? Please see below.
- In the New Outlook, select Calendar
> Add calendar > Add from directory. - Select the account you want to search from. (Your main account in this case)
- In the next field "Select a person...."Type the name of the person, group, or calendar resource and click to input their address.
- Select the group where you want to view this calendar.
- Select Add.
- You should be able to see the calendar.
.
Looking forward to your response.
Best Regards,
Ashraf.

2023-11-16T17:05:54+00:00 This method will not work if it is a secondary calendar. I have attempted this on a shared calendar where the calendar was created by another user, and I was listed as one of the owners. In this situation, the calendar is not part of any available list from what I can tell.

I can't imagine asking all the group collaborators to manually add the lost shared calendars one by one. Is there any admin operation to handle ?

2024-03-26T14:00:46+00:00 Hello Ashraf,
This worked for me to be able to view someone else's primary calendar when it was shared with me. However, the same person shared a secondary calendar with me as well, but this method does not allow me to add the secondary calendar. When I follow these steps after having the primary calendar share it tells me "This calendar already exists." How can I add this secondary calendar that has been shared with me to my calendars?
