Shared calendars not visible when switching to new Outlook

I am an IT Support Consultant and have a customer who isn't seeing all of her shared calendars when switching over to the new Outlook. Has anyone else had this issue? Here is a screenshot that shows the differences between current and new Outlook. You can see that there are calendars missing from new Outlook:

    This method will not work if it is a secondary calendar. I have attempted this on a shared calendar where the calendar was created by another user, and I was listed as one of the owners. In this situation, the calendar is not part of any available list from what I can tell.

    I agree. I need access to a calendar someone else created who no longer works here. I have access to her email and her calendar but not the 2023 calendar she created. And, I need this previous calendar for a meeting tomorrow. Urgent.

    My calendars were lost from microsoft 365 when switched to outlook -- so, how did you bring them back? microsoft replaced my 365 with outlook and i cannot figure out how to get the calendars back. like your client, i have multiple calendars that have lost years of meetings and events now :(

    i want to go back to paper/pencil !!!

    This worked fine for me,

    would imagine it was to do with the switch from the old client to new outlook client, just removed them all and re-added using the new client method and now all the appointments are showing .
