I'm having this issue as well. I've tried a few different browsers. I'm thinking there must be an issue with some of the characters that I'm putting into the body of my message. Perhaps some are escape characters that are confusing the web server.

Microsoft Q&A uses a Web Application Firewall (WAF) to block malicious requests.
Posting anything that looks like it might contain sensitive info, or code that might be able to run might be what is tripping it up.
It appear that its sensitivity might be a bit to high, as it seems to be interfering with legitimate technical questions.

The "Preview" button no longer works for me when asking a "Question", but it does work when submitting "Feedback".

Perhaps there are different rule-sets for the Web Application Firewall (WAF) between Microsoft "Questions" and Microsoft "Feedback".

I ended up posting my question using the "Feedback" button at the top right.
I found that I could hit "Preview" and successfully see my post so long as I didn't have the word < ScriptBlock > in the body of my message (only without spaces).
This only works on the MS Feedback site.
I'm thinking their WAF is detecting this as a Cross Site Scripting (XSS) attack, when in fact it is part of the body of my Azure Stack registration LOG file.

I'm hoping that MS Feedback will move my question over to the correct forum, as I still can't "Preview" even a simple one line question on the Questions page.

The Questions page is currently rejecting anything I try regardless of whether my text has < ScriptBlock > (without spaces) in it. Perhaps it doesn't like the colon characters in my subject line.
