Flag documentation errors

I think it would help to have a way to flag a question that is asked due to an inadequacy of the Microsoft documentation. If a question is asked because something is not documented or the documentation is confusing or difficult to find then someone should have a way to flag the question for review by relevant staff. That would help for tutorials at least. Sometimes tutorials are unclear or need revision. We can submit feedback about the tutorial but we might not get a direct response from the feedback. The alternative is to ask a question in the Microsoft Q&A and the question and answer that result from that might be very useful for revising the relevant material. I think there are many other probable occurrences of possible documentation improvements.

I am not sure of the details; it probably would not help for beginners to flag something as a documentation problem when it is not.
