i v been involved in w8 & w10 free copies testing them as triple boot on w7/64 pc.machine (as ordinary user -not a developer or coder). due to some personal and resource needs (1st. gen. quad core and lga 775 mobo) i stayed on w7 and after year or so i dual boot it with mint linux 18.3 than my old "intel" mobo colapsed and i replaced it with asus maximus2.
.... it all worked fine but when i upgrade mint to 19.0 and then to19.3 i could not boot to w7 though it is seen on boot menu. so i stayed just mint.
rght now i m running just mint 20.1/64. w7/64 still present in boot menu, but cannot load though still is placed on different ssd partition.
my question is, if there is a possibility to get w11 testing copy so i could try to overwrite w7 partition and with some help guidance get back to test dual boot - now: mint 20.1 and windows 11.
pc is same built - intel quad core 1st. - asus legacy mobo for lga775
i still got w7 usb flash and as exworking partition on second ssd
