Subscription not helpful

How can I ask a question in Microsoft Developer Network Community

When I try to submit my question, I get "Please select a forum for your thread."

But I can't find an appropriate forum:
I tried 'Development', but the only option was 'Developing for the Mobile Device Management Protocol'
I tried 'Visual Studio Development', but none of the forums there were related to development for desktop applications or WPF.
I tried 'Windows Desktop Development' and 'Windows Desktop SDK', but got a pop-up about migrating, and was still not able to submit my question.
I tried 'Windows Desktop Development' and 'General Windows Desktop Development Issues', but got the same pop-up, and the same result.

I clicked the 'Go To (something about Q & A), and my original question title and text are gone.

I'm not seeing much value in my Visual Studio subscription.

I'd try asking for WPF help over here.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/topics/windows-wpf.html

you can also provide subscription feedback here.

Thanks for the advice. I wasn't aware of 'forum=msdnfeedback', and 'docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/' is where I ultimately ended up posting my question. Just very frustrated yesterday.
